Job Description
Role overview: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for real estate enquiries — qualify leads, explain projects, schedule site visits, and maintain follow-up records. Work from office only; office timings 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Workplace: Velachery office, walkable from Velachery Railway Station with easy bus and train access. Preference will be given to candidates from Velachery and nearby locations.

Requirements
Languages: Tamil / Hindi and English (clear spoken communication for voice process).
